Following our own design, calculations and structural analysis, always seeking the best quality and guarantee for our products, optimising the overall costs related to installation (raw materials, foundations, assembly, etc.) and complying with the regulations in force that apply to each project (ASCE, EN, UNE, ASTM, DIN, ISO, TIA-EIA…), in conjunction with the specific requirements of our customers.

OHL Calculation Software

Imedexsa’s OHL Calculation Software was designed and implemented by engineers from Imedexsa’s IT and Technical Departments to facilitate the calculation of high voltage overhead lines of up to 220 kV.

3D MODELLING: in all cases, detailed modelling (of both our own designs and our customers’ designs) is done using 3D software tools to automatically generate work orders for each piece. In this way, we guarantee the best control over the construction details and the greatest precision, for optimal assembly on site of all the structures.

PROTOTYPE ASSEMBLY: in addition, we have a large space reserved at our facilities for conducting prototype assembly tests on both our own designs and those of our customers.

COLLABORATION WITH ENGINEERING FIRMS AND CUSTOMERS IN PROJECT DEVELOPMENT:

Through technical support tailored to each customer starting in the initial project stages, and through close collaboration with the engineering firms, we achieve an optimal design for the installation as a whole.

FULL SCALE MECHANICAL TESTING:  

We have extensive experience in full scale mechanical testing of towers, having conducted more than forty tests in the last ten years. These tests were conducted at external stations duly accredited for such purpose.
